Now in its 12th year and engaging with more than 30,000 movie goers, the JCC Chicago Jewish Film Festival is excited to be the official home of ReelAbilities Chicago! This festival puts the spotlight on disabled individuals as protagonists, role models, artists and producers, all on the big screen. 6 Films will be screened from March 20-30. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required.
Join Zbigniew Banas, film critic, professor, and radio & television journalist for a monthly film class. Registrants will attend a film screening independently and then join Zbigniew for an in-depth discussion with other film lovers. $20 per class; registration required. Next Class: Wednesday, Apr. 9, 7:30pm at Bernard Weinger JCC in Northbrook.
