Patty Fay serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at JCC Chicago, where she champions the integration of Human Resources as a strategic partner to effectively address the organization’s needs. Patty brings a wealth of experience from both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, excelling in Human Resources and operations.
Before joining JCC Chicago, Patty dedicated twelve years to the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana, culminating in her role as Chief of Staff. There, she led the Human Resources team and managed multiple departments, including Customer Care, Property, Camp Program, Retail, Finance, IT, and the iconic Girl Scout Cookie Program. Her comprehensive experience equips her with a profound understanding of both operational and Human Resources functions.
Patty’s career also includes Human Resources leadership roles at Mars Wrigley, Northwestern University, Associated Bank, Novartis, and Chase Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from Miami University.
Patty lives in Evanston with her husband and son. She cherishes the time when their daughter visits from New York.
