Family Shabbat On The Lake is back and we’re heading to the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum! Explore the museum and discover all the wonders nature has to offer from the Butterfly Haven to RiverWorks, to Look-in Lab with box turtles. Plus, enjoy a family-friendly Shabbat service and a Kosher catered dinner from Zelda’s Catering. Families will love this night of fun, music, giveaways and learning something new!

Family Shabbat on the Lake is located at Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. Limited free street parking is available around the museum on Cannon and Stockton Drive. A flat-rate lot maintained by the Chicago Park District is located at 2431 N. Cannon Drive. Learn more about lot rates here.
A limited number of wheelchair accessible parking spots are located near the front entrance on Cannon Drive. If you are driving and would like to drop off a passenger, you may use the bus turnaround near the front entrance.
